This, (Advanced) Level 40-hour Method of Instruction course, covers the concepts of communication, psychology of learning, techniques of instruction, use of instructional aids, preparation, and use of lesson plans, preparing and administering tests, teaching resources and motivation to include conversations on other instructional dynamics. Below are the minimum requirements for a person to become certified at the third level of progression

 

Students will demonstrate knowledge and ability to develop comprehensive training curricula and programs for use by single or multiple organizations; conduct organization needs analysis; and develop training goals and implementation strategies.

 

Course Completion Requirements: Successful completion of this course requires adherence to course policies, maintaining a minimum score of 70% on the course final examination, and successfully demonstrating all required skills.

Course Attendance Policy: Student attendance is required at all scheduled classes.

 

Lodging & Meals: Lodging and meals not provided, but local camping areas and hotel information will be provided upon request or registration.
